NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE
Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled "COUNTY OF LENOIR vs. LYNWOOD R. RIGGS and spouse, if any, BRENDA K. RIGGS and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of LYNWOOD R. RIGGS and spouse, if any, BRENDA K. RIGGS and spouse, if any, et al, 06-CVD-51 the undersigned Commissioner will on the 20th day of June, 2008, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Lenoir County, North Carolina, Kinston, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Woodington Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in Woodington Township, Lenoir County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows: Being Lot "A" and Lot "1" as shown on the Map For Record Division For M.R. Williams, II dated January 8, 1986, as prepared by Ronald E. Davenport, Surveyor, said map is recorded in Lenoir County Registry in Cabinet 3, Page 63.
